The carcasses are displayed sorted (according to customer wishes) and dry over a 1000 m² warehouse surface.
Each carcass is pre-sorted according to quality criteria and DOT, enabling the customer to select his carcasses quickly and easily from a well-arranged selection.
Upon request, we are more than happy to sort the carcasses in accordance with the quality requirements of our partners.

Carcasses

Retreadable casings are the heart of sustainable and economical tire solutions. Retreading casings significantly reduces the consumption of raw materials and energy, which has a positive impact on the environmental balance.

Compared to the production of a new tire, retreading can save up to 70% of raw materials. This corresponds to a reduction of several tons of CO2 emissions per tire. In addition, retreading uses less energy because the carcass does not have to be remanufactured.
